humpty dumpty sat on a wall

when my older brother was in fourth or fifth grade
(i was in third or fourth)
we had a math tutor who would come over to our house
(i wanna say, rosemary clark?)
maybe once a month?
i dunno
&im not about to ask my mom
*vomits*
we never did any "math"
we just sat around &folded paper
she taught us how to fold a single shape
we'd fold multiple of the same shape
then we'd connect all of the one shapes together
 and create a polyhedron
that was it
that was our "math" tutoring
we'd fold a new shape
fold multiples of them
then put them together to create some polyhedron
&i have a four-year degree in art-making
[sculpture specifically]
&i had somehow convinced myself
that i needed to go to "sewing school"
